  • Hungry Jack(C) Biscuit Barbecups

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb Grnd beef
    • 1/2 c. Prepared barbecue sauce
    • 1 Tbsp. Instant chopped onion Or possibly
    • 1/4 c. Minced onion
    • 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
    • 1 can Hungry Jack(r) Refrigerated Flaky Biscuits (10 ounce)
    • 2 ounce Shredded Cheddar or possibly American cheese

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 400'F. Grease 10 muffin c.. Brown grnd beef in large skillet; drain. Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar. Cook 1 minute to blend flavors, stirring constantly.
    2. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place 1 biscuit in each greased muffin c.; firmly press in bottom and up sides, forming 1/4" rim.
    3. Spoon about 1/4 c. of meat mix into each biscuit-lined c..
    4. Sprinkle each with cheese.
    5. Bake at 400'F. for 10-12 min or possibly till edges of biscuits are golden. Cold 1 minute; remove from pan. 10 servings.
    6. TIP: To make ahead, prepare as directed above. Cover; chill for up to 2 hrs. Bake as directed above.
