    this is another cake from my grandma. it freezes well.

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups flour
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    • 11/4 cups sugar
    • 5 eggs separated
    • 1/4 cup oil
    • 1/2 cup orange juice
    • 1 grated orange rind
    • 1/2 grated lemon rind
    • 2 teaspoon cocoa

    Directions

    1. pre-heat oven to 325 degrees
    2. grease and flour a 10" bunt pan set aside
    3. beat egg yolks till lemon color and thick
    4. add 1/2 cup orange juice,lemon and orange rinds and 1/4 cup oil
    5. mix well
    6. slowly add 1 cup sugar and flour mix well
    7. set aside
    8. beat egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar beat till stiff and dry
    9. fold whites into yolk mixture
    10. set aside 1/4 cup of mixture,add cocoa and mix set aside
    11. pour batter into prepared bunt pan
    12. swirl in the cocoa mixture
    13. bake for 50-55 minuets till knife inserted comes out clean
    14. cool then remove from pan
