A barbecue sauce, popular in parts of China and Korea.
- 1 cup soy sauce
- ½ cup rice wine (or lager)
- ¼ cup honey (or ⅓ cup sugar)
- 1 tbs. onion, powdered (or ½ cup diced leeks)
- 1 tbs. garlic, powdered (or ¼ cup diced garlic)
- 1 tbs. sesame oil (or ¼ cup sesame seeds)
- 1 tsp. ginger, powdered
- 1 tsp. black pepper, ground
- Mix all, then heat with 950 watts for three minutes.
