  • Hot Spicy Butters

    Ingredients

    • 1 c. Plain butter
    • 2 x Red chillies crushed
    • 2 x Flakes garlic crushed, (2 to 3) Salt to taste
    • 5 dsh Vinegar

    Directions

    1. Mix the vinegar, salt , garlic and chilli together.
    2. Add in to butter (that has been brought to room temperature).
    3. Mix in to mix proportionately.
    4. Use on breads, rolls, etc. as spread or possibly to top in curry dishes.
    5. Hot the toasts or possibly rolls after applying to bring out the flavour well.
    6. Variations:Add in ginger instead of garlic.
    7. Add in paprika instead of chillies.
    8. Add in chaat masala instead of garlic.
    9. Add in chilli sauce instead of chilli, omit vinegar.
    10. Making time: 10 min
    11. Makes: 1 c. butter
    12. Shelf life: 2-3 days refrigerated
