  • Hot 'N Spicy Chicken Wings

    Ingredients

    • 12 x chicken wings Vegetable oil for frying
    • 4 Tbsp. melted margarine
    • 1 tsp catsup
    • 2 tsp warm pepper sauce

    Directions

    1. Remove tips from wings and throw away. Separate first and second joints of wings. Pat wings dry with paper towels. In heavy saucepan, heat about 2 inches of oil to 350 degrees on deep frying thermometer.
    2. Fry wings, a few at a time, about 6 min, till golden brown on all sides. Drain well on paper towels.
    3. In small bowl, mix melted margarine, catsup and warm pepper sauce.
    4. Toss wings in mix to coat thoroughly.
    5. Serve warm and pass dip.
    6. Makes 24 pcs.
