Hot Mulled "Spider Cider"
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 quart. cider
- 1 teaspoon whole allspice
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- Cinnamon sticks 3-inches long
- Dash nutmeg
Directions
- Put together brown sugar, salt and cider. Tie spices in small piece of cheesecloth; add in to cider. Slowly bring to a boil, cover and simmer 20 min. Remove spices.Serve hot with orange-slice floaters and cinnamon stick muddlers. Makes 10 servings.
