Hot Fudge Sauce I (For Ice Cream)
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Cocoa
- 1/8 c. Corn Syrup (light)
- 1/2 c. Evaporated Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 pch Salt
Directions
- Mix cocoa, sugar, corn syrup, and lowfat milk into microwave safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 5-6 min, stirring every 2 min. Add in butter, vanilla, salt, and nuts. Stir and dispense onto ice-cream.
- Can be refrigerated for weeks. Microwave before use.
