Hot And Sweet Beef Kabobs
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. tender beef
- 2 lg. red or possibly green bell peppers
- 1/3 c. teriyaki baste sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce
- 8 (10 inch) metal skewers
Directions
- Cut beef into 1 inch cubes and each bell pepper into 16 pcs. Combine teriyaki baste sauce, onion pwdr, ginger, chili pwdr, and pepper sauce. Remove 1/3 c. mix and pour over beef and peppers in large bowl, tossing to coat. Thread beef and peppers alternately on skewers leaving space between pcs. Cook skewers on grill 5 inches from warm coals 4 min on each side for rare or possibly to desired doneness, brushing with remaining baste mix.
