A simple, but explosive sauce which can be used to top, fish, meats and to enhance sandwiches. This sauce has been used for many years by many countries in its variations. Try it!
- 1/4 C mayonnaise
- 1 C. sour cream
- 1 T. Dijon or brown mustard
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 3 tsp. prepared horseradish ( or to taste)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, onions, lemon juice and horseradish.
- 2 Refrigerate and use.
