Honey Pecan Sticky Buns
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce.) warm roll mix
- 6 tbsp. sugar, divided
- 1 c. warm water (120-130 degrees)
- 1/2 c. butter, divided
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 - 1 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Combine flour mix from package, yeast and 2 Tbsp. sugar. Mix thoroughly. Add in water, 2 Tbsp. butter and egg. Stir till dough pulls away from bowl. Turn out on board (floured) and let rest about 5 min. Might need a little more flour. Let it rest 5 min more (covered).
- Heat honey, 4 Tbsp. butter and brown sugar till melted. Spoon into 13"x9" pan. Sprinkle on nuts.
