Homemade Turkey Breakfast Sausage Made With Fresh Herbs
Ingredients
- 1 lb Grnd turkey
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 4 x Leaves sage, minced, (up to 6)
- 1 tsp Thyme, minced
- 1/2 tsp Freshly grnd black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper, (or possibly minced fresh jalepenos, if you have them) (optional, if desired it warm)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and form into patties or possibly stuff into sausage casings.
- Fry up in a bit of vegetable oil.
