Homemade Sweet Pumpkin Seeds
Healthy snack at any time. Ingredients
- 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 25 grams Chocolate [semi Sweet]
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
Directions
- Rinse pumpkin seeds. Use your fingers to remove all the pulp. Drain well.
- Spread out on a tray to dry (sunlight works fine).
- Next put oil in a heavy bottomed pan over medium heat. When oil is hot, add the pumpkin seeds and toast until golden brown.
- After that melt the chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler.
- Now combine melted chocolate and toasted pumpkin seeds. Mix well.
- Let cool.
- Serve and enjoy.
