Homemade Smoked Sazon (Seasoning)

Ingredients
- 1 tbs. each: ground coriander, cumin, annato powder, smoked
- 1/2 tbs. paprika, smoked
- 1 tbs. garlic powder
- 1 tbs. salt
- 1/2 tbs. ground pepper
Directions
- Place first four ingredients in a skillet, turn on high heat, stir until the spices produce a fragrance, about 30 seconds.
- Cool.
- Add to other ingredients, mix well.
- Store in pantry.
