Homemade Seaweed Egg Tofu
A simple & healthy meal to feed you family. Ingredients
- 500ml fresh soy milk
- 6 eggs, beatened
- 1/2 tspn salt
- 1 tbsp crashed dried seaweed
Directions
- beat beatened eggs, soy milk, seaweed and salt untill well mixed.
- pour mixture to two prepared 5" tray lined with plastic sheet.
- steam for 10 mins over medium heat.
- and then leave cool
