Homemade nutty creamer
A healthy alternative to half and half or coffeemate. Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup almonds or favorite nut, soaked overnight
Directions
- []Blend all ingredients but the oil in a blender until smooth. Then add in the melted oil and blend again slightly for mixing. Use in coffee. Store in fridge for a week.
