Homemade Egg Noodles
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 4 T water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Flour to make dry sufficient to roll.
Directions
- Beat large eggs in large bowl. Add in water and salt and beat till mixed. Add in flour 1 cup at a time till dough makes a ball. Turn onto flour till dry sufficient to roll in a thin rectangle. Let dry till dry to touch (about 2 hrs). Fold into small triangle and cut into thin strips. Lightly flour and let dry for another 2 hrs. May be frzn till ready to use. Cook in rich chicken or possibly turkey broth till well done.
