Homemade Barbecue Sauce for Grilled Ribs
Ingredients
- 1 cup of molasses
- 1/2 cup of white vinegar
- 1/2 cup of Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 to 3 tsp. of minced garlic
- 1 tsp. of Tabasco or hot sauce
Directions
- Measure out all of the above ingredients into an electric blender.
- Press the liquefy button for one minute.
- Place pre-boiled cut ribs, evenly, into three large zip lock plastic bags and portion the barbecue sauce, evenly over the ribs.
- Close the zip lock bags and refrigerate over night.
- After removing the ribs from plastic bags, place on the grill.
- Save left over sauce from bags and put into a small bowl.
- Turn ribs two to three times.
- Brush each of the ribs with additional sauce each time.
- Grill until sauce on ribs is dry.
