    Ingredients

    • 1 egg
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon milk or teaspoon more if needed.
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup sifted all-purpose flour

    Directions

    1. Beat the egg in medium bowl.
    2. Mix in oil and milk.
    3. Add the dry ingredients and blend with a fork.
    4. Work the dough into a ball.
    5. Lightly flour bread board and roll our thin.
    6. Cut into 2 inch strips, layer and cup into narrow strips.
    7. Allow to dry.-----------------------------

    9. Cut the narrow strips 1/2 inch or your desired width.
    10. Dry 1-2 hours before using in recipe.
    11. Dry completely before freezing in bags.
