    Ingredients

    • 1/2 c. Butter
    • 2 pkt (0.9 ounces each) hollandaise sauce mix
    • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tsp garlic pwdr
    • 2 c. Unsalted dry-roasted peanuts
    • 2 c. Ritz Bits crackers
    • 2 c. Stick pretzels

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a small saucepan, heat butter over medium heat. Stir in next 3 ingredients. In a large bowl, mix together peanuts, crackers, and pretzels. Pour butter mix over peanut mix. Toss till well coated. Spread proportionately on a baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 min, stirring occasionally. Transfer to paper towels to cold completely. Store in an airtight container.
    2. Yield: about 6 c. snack mix
