  • Hilda"S Shake And Bake Chicken

    Ingredients

    • 4 lb Chicken cut into 10 pcs Crushed red pepper to taste Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
    • 2 c. Bread crumbs
    • 1/4 c. Finely-minced parsley Salt to taste Cayenne pepper to taste

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
    2. Season the chicken with crushed red pepper and salt. Using your hands, rub extra virgin olive oil over each piece of chicken. Place the bread crumbs and parsley in a large zip-lock bag. Season the crumbs with salt and cayenne. Add in the chicken to the bag and shake the bag till the chicken is coated completely.
    3. Place the chicken pcs, on a parchment-lined 1/2-inch sheet pan. Bake the chicken for 25 to 30 min or possibly till the chicken is crispy and the juices run clear. Remove from the oven and serve.
    4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
