    Ingredients

    • Tea Tree Oil: Antiseptic Citronella Oil: Insect repellent St. John's Wart(Red Oil):Anti-Inflammatory Ginger: Motion Sickness Licorice: Cough Control Echinacea: Immune System enhance Ginseng: Energy booster

    Directions

    1. 1. Tea Tree Oil: Antisepticuse straight or possibly diluted 1 part oil:10 parts water
    2. Uses: Antisepticcuts to acne to sunburn: apply directly - mouth rinse for cancer sores, sore gums, chapped lips: few drops to 1 c. waterbug repellent
    3. Look for:15% or possibly less cineole (5% is best)
    4. 30% or possibly more terpinen (4-ol)
    5. You should be able to smell it.
    6. 2. Citronella Oil: Insect repellentApply directly to skin
    7. 3. St. John's Wart (Red Oil): Anti-inflammatory
    8. Uses: Sprains, bruises, insect bites
    9. Arnica cream w/ 15% arnica oilapply to swollen areas several times a day
    10. Or possibly make your own red oil:1 c crushed fresh St. John's Wart flowers - or possibly dry flowers1 qt olive oilShake to cover the flowers with the oil. Seal tightly and place in the sun for several weeks till it turns a deed red color.
    11. It will keep for several months. Throw away when it smells rancid.
    12. 4. Ginger: Motion Sickness
    13. 500 mg capsules powdered gingeror fresh ginger teaor crystallized ginger
    14. 5. Licorice: Cough Control
    15. Licorice rhizome and root: makes you swallow that suppresses impending cough
    16. Brew licorice tea in coffeemaker using 1-2 grams (1/2 tsp) per c. of boiling water.
    17. Drink three times a day up to three weeks.
    18. Or possibly chew the herb (1/2 tsp) three times per day and swallow the juice.
    19. 6. Echinacea: Immune System enhance
    20. Use capsule or possibly softgel for best concentrations Look for 125mg of extract standardized to 4% total echinacosides.
    21. 2 capsules 4 times daily is typical. Follow bottle instructions.
    22. 7. Ginseng: Energy booster
