  • Herb Chicken Saute

    Chicken breast strips marinated and sauteed. Serve this dish with pasta or rice.

    Ingredients

    • 3 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves
    • 1/4 cup dry white wine
    • 1/4 cup vegetable oil, divided
    • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

    Directions

    1. Cut the chicken into 1 inch wide strips.
    2. In a large bowl, combine the wine, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, lemon juice, Parmesan, Worcestershire, parsley, oregano, salt, black pepper and garlic powder and mix well.
    3. Add the chicken to the wine mixture and mix well. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
    4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and drain.
    5. In a large skillet, heat the remaining vegetable oil on medium high heat. Saute the chicken about 10 minutes or until golden, stirring constantly.
