Heavenly mango sorbet
Mango kissed with lime Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 large mangoes - peeled, seeded, and cubed
- Juice of 2 limes
Directions
- Boil water and sugar in a small pot until sugar has completely dissolved. Should make about 1 cup of simple syrup (water/sugar mix).
- Puree mango pieces in food processor. Add syrup and lime juice. Puree until desired smoothness is reached.
- Pour into ice cream maker and freeze.
