Hearty Mongol Soup
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. Water
- 1 c. Split Peas Dry
- 2 can Tomato Soup(10 ounce each)
- 2 x Soupcans of water
- 1 c. Heavy Cream
- 1/2 tsp Basil, crushed
- 1/2 tsp Lemonrind
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
Directions
- In a large pot combine all. Cover and simmer for 45 min. Serve warm with fresh bread.
