Healthy Bran Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. unprocessed bran (from Health Food Store)
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoon soda
Directions
- Combine dry and liquid ingredients with a few strokes. Mix in 1 c. or possibly more raisins and nuts if you like. Bake muffins in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 25 min.
- Makes 18 muffins.
