Healthy Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1/2 Cup Splenda
- 3 Egg Whites
- 1 Cup Skim Milk
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 3 Cups Oats
- 1/2 Cup Raisins
- 2 Bananas Sliced
Directions
- Beat together applesauce and sugar.
- Mix in egg whites, milk, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and oatmeal.
- Beat well then stir in raisins and banana slices.
- Pour into a lightly greased pie or 8x8 pan. If you'd like you can sprinkle the top with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bake in preheated oven until firm, about 35 minutes. Serve hot. Add milk to your bowl to make it creamier or eat it dry.
