Hazelnut plum muffins

- 90g butter, melted
- 2 ½ cups self-raising flour
- ½ cup ground hazelnuts
- 100g sugar
- 1 egg, beaten lightly
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup plum jam
Directions
- Combine butter, flour, ground hazelnuts, sugar, egg and milk in large bowl.
- Spoon half of the muffin mixture into the greased 12-hole muffin pan.
- Make a well in each muffin, spoon in rounded teaspoons of jam, top with remaining muffin mixture.
- Bake in the oven at 180˚C for about 20 minutes, or until done.
