Hawaiian Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup powder sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts, ground
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
Directions
- Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar, salt & nuts together.
- Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar milk & vanilla extract, mix well. Add pineapple to the mix. Spread over crust.
- Sprinkle melted butter over the pineapple layer. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
- Topping: Spread cool whip, mix well.
- Spread topping over pineapple layer.
- Decorate.
