Hard Rock Cafe's Cole Slaw
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar plus
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 dsh salt
- 8 c. minced cabbage - (1 head)
- 1/2 c. shredded carrot
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except the cabbage and carrots in a large bowl and blend till smooth with an electric mixer. Add in cabbage and carrots and toss well. Cover and refrigerateovernight in the refrigerator. The flavors fully develop after 24 to 48 hrs.
- This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings as a side dish.
