- 150ml water
- 70 ml oil
- 120g flour
- 120g shredded hard cheese
- 1 egg
- Oil for frying.
Directions
- 1.Put the water to boil with oil,and,when is boiling add flour,mix,and
- take out from the fire.
- 2.Let it chill,it is very important.
- 3.After the dough is totally cold,add a beaten egg,and shredded cheese.Mix well.
- 4.Heat oil in a deep pan.
- 5.Modelate balls and fry them in oil.
- 1.Some people put three eggs,but,I put only 1,because the size of the eggs are very different,and,sometimes,three eggs is too much and ruin the recipe.
- 2.If the hard cheese is not too salty,add salt,and for a spicy note add black pepper,dry chilli,or oregano if you like spices.
