    A tasty appetizer.....

    Ingredients

    • 150ml water
    • 70 ml oil
    • 120g flour
    • 120g shredded hard cheese
    • 1 egg
    • Oil for frying.

    Directions

    1. 1.Put the water to boil with oil,and,when is boiling add flour,mix,and
    2. take out from the fire.
    3. 2.Let it chill,it is very important.
    4. 3.After the dough is totally cold,add a beaten egg,and shredded cheese.Mix well.
    5. 4.Heat oil in a deep pan.
    6. 5.Modelate balls and fry them in oil.
    7. 1.Some people put three eggs,but,I put only 1,because the size of the eggs are very different,and,sometimes,three eggs is too much and ruin the recipe.
    8. 2.If the hard cheese is not too salty,add salt,and for a spicy note add black pepper,dry chilli,or oregano if you like spices.
