Hamburger Mac & Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd round
- 1 med. pkg. elbow macaroni
- 3/4 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 tbsp. garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- Brown meat in skillet, while boiling macaroni till tender, drain both. Add in hamburger to macaroni, fold in large stove top Dutch oven. Add in all remaining ingredients, mix gently, and simmer over low temperature till cheese is completely melted. Serve right from stove top. Serve with salad and French bread.
