Ham `N Sauce Balls
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound ham
- 1 1/2 pound sausage
- 2 c. crackers, crushed
- 2 beaten Large eggs
Directions
- Mix meat ingredients together and form into balls. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees, covered with foil (dull side out) 1 hour and then uncovered 1 hour. If balls are made small they make great snack items for parties. They hold up well in a crock pot.
