Ham And Potatoes Au Gratin
Ingredients
- 8 ounce Dehydrated Potato Shreds
- 2 ounce Soy Ham Nuggets, Or possibly
- 2 pkt Freeze-Dry Ham Slices
- 1 ounce Dry Green Pepper
- 1 ounce Dry Onions
- 1 ounce Freeze-Dry Green Beans
- 8 ounce Dehydrated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Margarine Salt -- as needed
- 4 c. Water
Directions
- 1. Add in about 4 c. water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add in the ingredients in the potato package and simmer gently, adding a little water if needed, for about 20 min or possibly till the potatoes are tender.
- 2. Add in margarine and salt.
- 3. Add in the cheese and blend well. Add in freeze-dry ham if it is being used.
- 4. Cover and heat for a minute.
