Ham And Egg Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. butter divided
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/3 c. 2% lowfat milk
- 6 x Large eggs beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 x pizza crust - (12" dia)
- 2 c. diced ham
- 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can sliced mushrooms - (4 ounce) liquid removed
- 1/4 c. thinly-sliced green onion
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a small saucepan, heat 2 Tbsp. butter over medium heat. Add in flour; cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add in lowfat milk and cook till mix thickens slightly. Remove from heat.
- In a small skillet, heat remaining 2 Tbsp. butter over medium heat. Add in Large eggs and cook, stirring gently, till softly scrambled. Combine lowfat milk sauce with Large eggs; stir in salt.
- Place pizza crust on a baking sheet and spread Large eggs over the top. Top with ham, cheese, mushrooms and green onion. Bake 15 to 20 min or possibly till cheese is melted and bubbly.
