  • Ground Beef Casserole

    Ingredients

    • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
    • 2 lb of lean grnd beef or possibly grnd turkey
    • 3 lrg potatoes (or possibly 4 smaller ones)
    • 1 lrg yellow or possibly white onion (or possibly two smaller ones)
    • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, condensed
    • 1/2 can of water
    • 1 x (8 ounce.) package of shredded cheddar cheese Spray casserole dish with nonstick coating.

    Directions

    1. 1. Place your raw grnd beef/turkey in the casserole dish, and pat it out where it makes a layer over the bottom of the dish. You may season your meat before doing this if you prefer.
    2. 2. Peel and slice your raw potatoes, cartwheel-style, and layer them on top of the grnd meat.
    3. 3. Peel and slice your onions, cartwheel-style and layer them on top of the potato layer.
    4. 4. Mix your condensed soup with the half can of water, and shredded cheese.
    5. 5. Pour soup mix over the onion layers. Bake for 50 min.
