Grilled Squash
Inspired by my neighbors Katie & Jack. A neighborhood summer favorite. Ingredients
- 6 medium yellow squash
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- black pepper, garlic powder, and sea salt to taste
Directions
- Slice each yellow squash lengthwise 2 - 3 times. You want each slice to be fairly thick so it will not fall apart on the grill.
- Lay slices on a plate and coat well on all sides with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with seasonings.
- Place seasoned slices directly on hot grill over medium heat & grill 5 - 6 minutes or until tender, flipping once halfway through cooking time.
