Grilled Pork Chops With Cider Reduction Glaze
Ingredients
- 20 x pork chops Marinade
- 3 c. apple cider (750 millilitres)
- 1 1/2 c. honey (375 millilitres)
- 3/4 c. Soya sauce (180 millilitres)
- 3 Tbsp. black pepper (45 millilitres)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (45 millilitres)
- 12 x cloves cloves of garlic
- 12 ounce sliced onions (330 grams)
- 1/2 c. minced green onions
Directions
- Marinate pork chops for 6 hrs. Remove pork chops from marinade. Place marinade in pan and bring to a simmer. Reduce the sauce to 1/3 of its volume. Puree the sauce.
- BBQ the pork chops. Baste with sauce as they cook. Serve with extra sauce.
- Marinade:Combine all marinade ingredients over top of the pork chops.
