Grilled Lamb Chops with Fresh Thyme
Ingredients
- 4 lamb sirloin chops
- 2 tsp fresh thyme, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh pepper
Directions
- Prepare fire on a grill.
- Rub each chop with thyme, pressing it frimly into flesh.
- Place chop on grill rack. Cook on first side fir 4 to 5 minutes. Turn and cook 4 to 5 minutes more.
- Transfer to warmed platter. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and additional thyme.
