Grilled Cinnamon Spice Shrimp
Ingredients
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- 1 lb deveined peeled shrimp
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil Romaine lettuce leaves for serving
Directions
- Combine sugar and spices in a glass bowl. Toss shrimp with the oil and thread onto skewers. Sprinkle with spice mix.
- Grill over medium heat for about 2 min on each side. Serve on a bed of Romaine lettuce.
