  • Grilled Chicken with Cajun Cream Sauce

    A 8 oz Grilled Chicken Breast with a delicious cajun cream sauce and fresh chopped green onion and tomato.! This one went over amazing at work!

    Ingredients

    • 4 Large Chicken Breasts
    • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
    • 1 Tbsp Flour
    • 1 Tbsp Butter
    • 1 1/2 Cajun Seasoning
    • 6 Drops Hot Sauce
    • Black Pepper and Salt
    • 1/2 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 Cup Diced Tomato
    • 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onion

    Directions

    1. In a small pot on medium heat, melt the butter and add the flour and cook til it's a blond roux
    2. Slowly stir in the heavy cream, Stirring constantly to avoid chunks.
    3. Let cook a additional 15 minutes, stirring randomly.
    4. Add in the remaining ingredients Season to taste
    5. As the Sauce is cooking, Grill your Chicken,.
    6. When done. Top with sauce. and add a bit of tomato and green onion. Enjoy!
