Grilled Chicken with Cajun Cream Sauce
A 8 oz Grilled Chicken Breast with a delicious cajun cream sauce and fresh chopped green onion and tomato.! This one went over amazing at work! Ingredients
- 4 Large Chicken Breasts
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 1 Tbsp Flour
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 1/2 Cajun Seasoning
- 6 Drops Hot Sauce
- Black Pepper and Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Cup Diced Tomato
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onion
Directions
- In a small pot on medium heat, melt the butter and add the flour and cook til it's a blond roux
- Slowly stir in the heavy cream, Stirring constantly to avoid chunks.
- Let cook a additional 15 minutes, stirring randomly.
- Add in the remaining ingredients Season to taste
- As the Sauce is cooking, Grill your Chicken,.
- When done. Top with sauce. and add a bit of tomato and green onion. Enjoy!
