Grilled Chicken Breast

- 3 lbs. boneless chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- For the Spice Rub:
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ¾ tsp. ground cumin powder
- ½ tsp. sugar
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp. turmeric
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients for the rub in a small bowl and mix.
- Heat a large cast iron frying pan with the olive oil. Add the chicken breast and sauté until golden on one side. Flip over and spoon the rub over the grilled side.
- When the other side is golden flip and spoon the remainder of the rub on the chicken.
- Continue cooking; gently flip to finish the cooking process on the other side.
- The thickest part should have the juices run clear when cooked.
