Grilled Catfish With Fresh Salsa
Ingredients
- 4 x catfish fillets
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper Fresh Salsa
- 3 med tomatoes minced
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 med jalapeno peppers minced
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Prepare a grill or possibly preheat the broiler. Sprinkle catfish fillets with garlic salt and pepper. Place fillets on oiled grill rack or possibly broiler pan rack. Grill or possibly broil about 4 inches from heat source for about 5 min on each side, or possibly till fish flakes easily when test with a fork. Place a fillet on each serving plate and serve with Fresh Salsa: Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well. Let stand at room temperature for about 30 min before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
