  • Grilled Catfish With Fresh Salsa

    Ingredients

    • 4 x catfish fillets
    • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
    • 1/2 tsp pepper Fresh Salsa
    • 3 med tomatoes minced
    • 1/4 c. minced onion
    • 2 med jalapeno peppers minced
    • 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    • 1 tsp salt

    Directions

    1. Prepare a grill or possibly preheat the broiler. Sprinkle catfish fillets with garlic salt and pepper. Place fillets on oiled grill rack or possibly broiler pan rack. Grill or possibly broil about 4 inches from heat source for about 5 min on each side, or possibly till fish flakes easily when test with a fork. Place a fillet on each serving plate and serve with Fresh Salsa: Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well. Let stand at room temperature for about 30 min before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
