Green Peppers Stuffed With Meat And Rice
Ingredients
- 4 green peppers
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 3 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 2 Large eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Heat butter (or possibly drippings) in pan). Add in, stir and saute/fry the beef and onion till light colored. Add in rice, Large eggs, salt, paprika and Worcestershire sauce.
- Fill the pepper cases. Bake 10 to 15 min.
