Green Gage Plum Salad
Ingredients
- 2 can (16-ounce) green gage or possibly purple plums
- 1/2 c. Syrup from plums
- 2 c. Grape juice
- 2 pkt (3-ounce) lemon gelatin
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 pkt (3-ounce) cream cheese
Directions
- Heat grape juice and add in to gelatin, with syrup, mashed plums, salt and lemon juice. Cold. Pour 1/2 gelatin mix into 1-1/2 qt mold and refrigeratetill hard. When remaining gelatin thickens like raw egg white, beat in cream cheese till frothy. Pour over hard gelatin mix and refrigeratetill hard.
