Green Chicken Enchilada Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 can Cream of Chicken soup Healthy Request, Cambell's
- 10 x strips green chile minced or possibly- canned green chili Corn tortillas
- 1 ct nonfat lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkt nonfat mozzarella cheese grated
- 1 pkt nonfat cheddar cheese grated
- 2 Tbsp. garlic chopped
- 1/2 c. green onion minced pepper to taste garlic pwdr to taste
Directions
- Sautee green chili, minced garlic and green onion (this will make it tastier and hotter). Add in soup and spices, cover and let boil for about 10
- min. Add in lowfat sour cream. Dip corn tortillas into boiling mix and linebaking pan (I use a 9 x 12 glass baking pan), then pour on some mix and top with cheese. Repeat in layers till mix is finished. Bake in ovenat 350 degrees till top cheese is melted.
