Green Bean And Turkey Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 c. Cubed cooked turkey
- 14 1/2 ounce Can green beans, liquid removed
- 10 3/4 ounce Can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 4 ounce Shredded cheddar (1 c.)
- 6 x Servings mashed potatoes
- 1 3/8 ounce Canned french fried onions
Directions
- 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. In medium saucepan, combine turkey, green beans, soup, and lowfat milk; mix well. Cook over medium heat till mix is warm, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add in cheese; stir till melted. Pour into ungreased 2-qt casserole. Top with prepared mashed potatoes.
- 2. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min. Sprinkle with onions; bake an additional 3 to 5 min or possibly till mix is bubbly and onions are hot.
