Greek Honey Lemon Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Honey Finely grated zest - 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh mint Or possibly
- 1/2 tsp -- Dry leaf mint, crushed
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Grnd warm red pepper
- 4 x Rib pork chops (about 1 3/4 lbs, 3/4-inch thick)
Directions
- Prep: 15 min Chill: 4 hrs Grill or possibly Broil: 10 to 12 min
- 1. Whisk together hones, lemon zest and juice, extra virgin olive oil, mint, salt and pepper in small glass measuring c..
- 2. Place chops in glass baking dish. Pour marinade over; turn to coat.
- Cover; chill at least 4 hour or possibly overnight, turning occasionally.
- 3. Grill or possibly broil 4 inches from heat 5 to 6 min per side or possibly till cooked through. Serve with summer squash.
