Greek Chicken in a Pita Wrap
Ingredients
- 2 cooked boneless chicken breasts ( I bake with Italian Dressing 30 minutes)
- 1 red pepper cut into strips
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato
- 4 whole wheat pita bread (substitute tortilla wraps)
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Your favorite dressing(I use homemade ceasar dressing)
Directions
- cut chicken breasts into strips
- Place chicken strips, peppers, lettuce, and tomato evenly down center of wrap
- Sprinkle each with dressing, cheese
- roll up to make a wrap
