    A Great mix of Beer braised mushrooms and Onions. Swiss, tomato, and Bison

    Ingredients

    • 1 bottle Great Western Beer
    • 1 Cup Mushrooms-thin sliced
    • 1 Cup Onons-thin sliced
    • 1 Tbsp Sugar
    • 1 Tbsp Butter
    • 8 Slices of tomato
    • 4 Bison Burgers
    • 8 Slices of bread
    • 4 Slices of Swiss
    • 1 Cup Lettuce
    • 1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard

    Directions

    1. heat 2 pans. One on high. One of Med
    2. In the pan on medium. Cook your Burgers
    3. with the pan on high Add the Butter, Onions, mushrooms, sugar and Beer
    4. Stir, and watch Closely til the liquid is close to gone and the onions take on a golden brown Look.
    5. Turn off and set a side.
    6. Get a frying Pan. Heat on med
    7. Butter each side of the bread. Grill the Bread as you would a grilled cheese.
    8. when crispy on one Side. Flip. Add a slice of Swiss.
    9. Take from pans. add two Slices of tomato to each sandwich, a bit of lettuce and spread some dijon on the slice of bread that doesnt have the cheese.
    10. Next add the cooked burgrer, then the Beer Braised Mushrooms and Onions.
    11. Close sandwhiches.
    12. Cut and Enjoy.
