    Ingredients

    • Marmalade,whiskey and rosemary glaze:
    • Marmalade-1 cup,
    • Whiskey-2 tbsp
    • Ground Ginger -1/2 tsp
    • Rosemary-to stud the ham
    • Apricot and wholegrain mustard glaze:
    • Apricot chutney or sauce-1 cup
    • wholegrain mustard-2 tbsp
    • Cloves to stud the ham
    • Spiced citrus glaze:
    • 3/4 cup brown sugar
    • 1 tsp mixed spice
    • 1 tsp ground ginger
    • enough orange juice to make the glaze thick
    • Orange slices to decorate ham.
    • Plum and five spice glaze:
    • Plum sauce-1 cup
    • 2 tsp five spice
    • 1 Christmas ribbon tied with cinnamon and bay leaves.

    Directions

    1. 1. Marmalade,Whiskey and Rosemary Glaze:
    2. Warm 1 cup citrus marmalade with 2 tbsp whiskey and 1/2 tsp ground ginger and brush all over the scored ham.Stud with twigs of rosemary.
    3. 2.Apricot and Wholegrain Mustard Glaze:
    4. Mix 1 cup apricot chutney or sauce with 2 tbsp whole grain mustard and brush all over the scored ham.Stud with whole cloves.
    5. 3.Spiced Citrus Glaze:
    6. Combine 3/4 cup brown sugar with 1 tsp mixed spice and 1 tsp ground ginger,add enough orange juice to make a thick glaze and brush all over the ham.Arrange thin slices of orange over the ham decoratively and secure with toothpicks.
    7. 4.Plum and Five Spice Glaze:
    8. Mix together 1 cup plum sauce with 2 tsp five spice and brush all over the scored ham.When glazed,decorate with a Christmas ribbon tied with about 6-8 cinnamon sticks and 8 bay leaves.
